The parents of a teenage girl run over and killed by emergency vehicles after the Asiana Airlines crash landing at San Francisco airport is suing the city, saying rescuers were reckless and poorly trained.

Victor Willis, the original policeman in the ’70s disco band the Village People, skipped a court hearing in California where he was due to be sentenced on drug and gun charges and now faces more than three years in prison, prosecutors said.
