A four-year-old girl died after her father dropped a television on her head causing "a catastrophic brain injury", an inquest in Britain heard today.

Aventis' French vaccine maker Aventis Pasteur confirmed that it made donations to Liverpool's Alder Hey Hospital in return for child organs.
