A bid to resolve a bitter dispute between a son and his mother concerning ownership of the well-known Kilkenny group of luxury design retail stores has so far yielded “no compromise”.

Efforts are being made to remove the last remaining occupant from Apollo House in Dublin city centre, the High Court has heard.
