Cork County Council is appealing to people with vacant properties to help them ease the housing crisis — and there’s a ‘carrot’ of up to €40,000 on offer.

BRITISH pharmaceutical company GeneMedix, which has a manufacturing base in Tullamore, Co Offaly, has signed a €22 million deal with an Indian firm which is expected to see its portfolio of products grow.
