Ireland’s elite show jumpers are to gather in Dublin next month to formulate a strategy for championship success in what Darragh Kenny has described as a “hugely positive” development.

The organisers of the Owners’ Pony and Young Riders Show are aiming to celebrate raising €250,000 for charity at Millstreet this weekend.

Leading jockeys Kieren Fallon and Mick Kinane led the tributes to Jamie Kyne, from Ireland, and Jan Wilson, the two apprentice riders who lost their lives in a fire in the early hours of yesterday morning.
