Sea Of Thunder, trained by Charles Byrnes for Gigginstown House Stud, made a spectacular start over fences in the Irish Stallion Farms’ EBF Captain Christy Novice Chase at Clonmel yesterday.

FEATURE event at Cork yesterday was the Imperial Call Chase, but this was a Grade 3 in name only after a really pathetic response by trainers.
