Former Taoiseach Albert Reynolds is to appear before the Planning Tribunal today to explain his role in a bid to buy north Dublin land through an offshore company.

HOUSEBUILDER Joe Moran yesterday disclosed to the Mahon planning tribunal how he paid €20,000 in 2002 to Fine Gael county councillor Anne Devitt, who helped him get public road access to his lands.

FORMER lobbyist Frank Dunlop has denied he’s protecting senior politicians and that he has evidence of corruption in tax designation schemes.

FORMER lobbyist Frank Dunlop has linked one of the country’s best known businessmen, Joe Moran, with allegations of planning corruption over the rezoning of lands near Swords, Co Dublin, in the early 1990s.
