ONE of Ireland’s richest men has been summoned to Killenaule District Court by Judge Terence Finn to answer questions on his company’s policy of providing insurance certificates to customers.

The owner of the Quinn Direct insurance company is insisting that allegations of improper conduct by the company are totally unfounded.
