Cork company Qualtrace Solutions has closed down with a members' voluntary liquidation. A meeting of creditors of the company is to be held on 17th June in Cork.

Cork-based, quality and risk management specialist, Qualtrace, has signed a channel partnership agreement for Australia and New Zealand with Melbourne-based Magic Group.
