Post Publications Limited, publishers of the Sunday Business Post, are seeking to appeal a decision of the Employment Appeals Tribunal that former treasurer Kieran Moloney was an employee of theirs.

Barbara Nugent has resigned as Chief Executive of Post Publications publishers of The Sunday Business Post now owned by Thomas Crosbie Holdings Limited.
