Cappoquin Poultry, the debt-ridden Co Waterford chicken processing company, has a reasonable prospect of survival as a going concern, the High Court was told yesterday.

The High Court has appointed an interim examiner to the Co Waterford-based Cappoquin Poultry, which employs more than 130 people.
