A councillor has called on Cork City Council to adopt a more “hardline approach” towards the developers of Cork’s stalled event centre.

Expansion costs at Scott Tallon Walker, the firm that designed the new Pairc Uí Chaoimh and co-designed the Aviva stadium, has led it to plunge to a pre-tax loss of €518,440.
