Around 60 women marched to Harley Street in London today calling for private clinics to replace PIP breast implants for free.

UP TO 878 women who had PIP breast implants have been told that the Harley Medical Group will not remove them free of charge unless they have a rupture.

The British government is expected today to advise women affected by the PIP breast implant scandal whether they should have them removed.
