British healthcare giant Bupa agreed to sell its hospitals business today in a private equity deal worth £1.44bn (€2.13bn).

BARCHESTER Healthcare, the British nursing home group backed by John Magnier and JP McManus, is expected to be among the bidders today for the famous Priory clinic group.
