NTL is being sued by its banking adviser Morgan Stanley for more than $11.4m (€10.8m) in unpaid fees, it has emerged.

Cable operator NTL today said its exit from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the UK remained on track despite reports a deal will not be finalised in 2002.

Cable operator NTL said it was on course to come out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this month as its financial shake-up nears completion.
