ACC Bank has told the High Court that it will challenge a ruling yesterday in the Northern Ireland High Court declaring a Co Wicklow businessman a bankrupt.

A former Sunday school teacher in the North convicted of murdering her husband and her ex-lover’s wife will be sentenced on March 16, the Northern Ireland Court service said today.
