WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) recently launched their new brand Kurbo, a weight-loss app designed for children between the ages of eight and 17. The Kurbo app bases its system on a paediatric obesity programme that WW says is proven to work.

MILLIONS of euro of taxpayers’ money is being wasted on spin doctors and advisers and should be put to better use, Fine Gael has claimed.

THE Government is to track the progress of 18,000 children over the next seven years to help inform future policy on services for young people.
