Gayle Killilea Dunne has gone on the offensive against attempts by Nama to gain access to her bank accounts and other financial information.

Developer Laurence O’Mahony, and his wife, Christine Connolly, have been told that the Trustee in Bankruptcy in Britain, where he declared himself bankrupt, will not oppose a claim by National Asset Loan Management to re-possess the couple’s €6 million Ballsbridge home.

Lawyers for Sean Dunne and his wife Gayle Killilea yesterday insisted that three US properties which are the subject of a Nama investigation were bought using her own money and not as a result of an asset transfer.
