Australian band Men at Work may have to pay millions in royalties after a court ruled today that they copied a well-known children’s campfire song for the flute melody in its 1980s hit 'Down Under'.

A music publisher that has accused Australian rock band Men at Work of stealing the melody to their hit 'Down Under' from a children’s song has won the first stage of its lawsuit seeking royalties for the Aussie anthem.
