The High Court has confirmed the appointment of an examiner to housebuilding firm McInerney Homes and a number of related companies.

The High Court has this evening appointed an interim examiner to house building firm McInerney Homes and several realted companies after being informed that an independent accountant's report revealed that firms have a reasonable prospect of survival.
