THE classy Muirhead registered his first win over hurdles since landing the Grade 1 ‘Royal Bond’ at Fairyhouse in November 2007 when justifying 5/4 favouritism in the featured Ballinrobe Races 90th Anniversary Hurdle at the County Mayo track last night.

THE concluding maiden hurdle at Ballinrobe this evening provides an opportunity for Val O’Brien’s Abarta to finally get off the mark under rules.

PAT FLYNN, whose horses are in good shape right now, has prospects of a double at Ballinrobe this evening with Hidden Cave and Nic’s Colleen.
