BLACKROCK International Land’s joint venture has been chosen to redevelop Dublin’s Market Area by the City Council.

Blackrock International Land has today reported pre-tax profits of €13.1m for the 12 months ended December 31, 2007, down around 30% from the previous year’s figure.
