Manor team principal John Booth has assured critics the marque will be on track and competing in the next Formula One race in Malaysia later this month.

FIA president Max Mosley insists he is “very close” to an agreement with the Formula One Teams’ Association (FOTA) which could stave off the threat of legal action being launched today.
