THE lawyer for Nafissatou Diallo, the woman who accused former International Monetary Fund head Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexual assault, has said he believes prosecutors plan to dismiss some or all of the charges.

THE woman who says she was sexually assaulted by Dominique Strauss-Kahn will strongly deny to jurors any assertions that she willingly had sex with the IMF chief, her attorney said.
