Renault have confirmed their intention to remain in Formula One for the foreseeable future.

Entrepreneur Gerard Lopez has today confirmed his interest in purchasing Renault’s Formula One team.

Renault are likely to make a decision on their Formula One future next week with two rival groups now in the running to take over.
