A Tipperary man who sexually abused his younger sister in the 1970s and sexually abused his niece three decades later has been jailed for 12 years.

Ian Bailey’s High Court action against the State for alleged wrongful arrest during the investigation into the murder of French film-maker Sophie Toscan du Plantier could last until Christmas.
