A property investor fears an attempt by receivers to take possession of three houses he and his wife own in Sandycove and Dalkey, Co Dublin, will lead to moves to repossess their family home, the commercial court has heard.

An investment fund is seeking summary judgment for €47m against property developers Michael and Kevin Corbett, as well as an additional €10m from Michael Corbett, arising out of an alleged failure to repay bank loans.
