THE controversial “shebeen” in Southill which was closed down by a court last October is back in business.

AN unauthorised shebeen in a shed behind a family home has finally been closed, a court heard yesterday.

THE days of the Southill shebeen are numbered following a move by planners at Limerick City Council.

A NUMBER of people were remanded at Limerick City Court yesterday arising out of recent disturbances in Moyross.
