The trial of a Belfast man accused of murdering a taxi driver in the city almost four years ago dramatically collapsed at the Special Criminal Court in Dublin today.

The North's court service is to operate a video link between Belfast and Omagh allowing victims' families to follow a criminal trial beginning next Monday, it was revealed this afternoon.
