The High Court has cleared the way for the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) to sell assets worth €500,000, including several cars, which it believes are linked to the Kinahan organised crime gang.

A man arrested in a Dublin apartment, a property believed by gardaí to be linked to the “Kinahan organised crime gang”, has brought a High Court challenge to the legality of his detention following a refusal of bail.
