A defendant in a district court case yesterday was “effectively a whistleblower” against himself and others in proceedings of harassment relating to Killarney’s famed jarvey business.

A CALL for an annual inspection of horse-drawn carriages and harness used by Killarney jarveys has been rejected by the local town council.
