Billionaire Donald Trump has not come to the rescue of a widow and other luxury suite owners at Doonbeg Golf Club who were left out of pocket by the collapse of the company.

A former member of Doonbeg Golf Club has secured judgment of $39,500 (€28,608) against Doonbeg Golf Club concerning a refundable joining fee of $45,000 the firm had refused to return to him.
