The Irish beef industry capitalised on the opportunity offered by the Dublin venue for the recent World Steak Challenge 2019.

The world-renowned Coolmore Stud has been ordered by an Employment Appeals Tribunal to pay €18,000 to a former stable hand who was dismissed after he took €220.

The Employment Appeals Tribunal has awarded €50,000 to a man who, it found, was unfairly dismissed from the company his father helped to set up.
