THE Irish Agricultural Wholesale Society (IAWS) yesterday moved a step closer to becoming a public limited company.

EVEN before the South Western Services (SWS) deal is sorted one way or the other, IAWS, which has bid €64 million for the group, is reported to be examining its flotation options.
