Valista announced today it has been selected by the editors of Red Herring magazine as one of the top 100 private companies.

TECHNOLOGY firm Network365 has merged with an American company and rebranded itself as global payments firm, Valista.

Wicklow-based technology company Network365 is to merge with US group iPin to form a larger group, focusing on online and mobile payment technology.
