THE Government spends barely one-third per student of the amount allocated in England on computers and technology in schools, business organisation IBEC has claimed.

ICT Ireland, the IBEC body representing the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector has urged the Taioseach to appoint an e-Minister to the new cabinet.
