Publicly quoted property investment fund Hibernia REIT has said a number of companies have shown interest in the majority of vacant space remaining in its commercial property portfolio in central Dublin.

A DUBLIN technology company which had retained losses of €2.3 million at the end of 2004 has been sold for about €45m.
