Authorities have cleared away the last barricades and tents of a democracy protest in Hong Kong but student leaders and activists vowed their fight is not over.

Hong Kong authorities have started clearing barricades from a pro-democracy protest camp spread across a busy highway as part of a final push to retake streets occupied by activists for two and a half months.
