DROGHEDA United were last night deducted 10 league points as a result of their entering into the examinership process, pushing them down to eighth in the eircom Premier Division.

A meeting of the Independent Club Licensing committee has tonight deducted 10 points from Drogheda United FC for being involved in an examinership process.

CORK CITY were last night plunged into further crisis as the cash-crippled club were deducted 10 points by the FAI.
