IF LAUGHTER is the best medicine, then children in a Dublin hospital are in good hands with the introduction yesterday of ‘clown doctor’ rounds.

Sick children are being treated with juggling, puppetry, mime and magic with the launch of ‘clown doctors’ rounds at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital in Dublin today.

An international contingent of clowns is planning a trip to Afghanistan to teach the country's people how to laugh again.
