A Cork harbour site which once sold for €25m to Howard Holdings comes to market in the same week as the city’s Howard Holdings-developed Clarion Hotel sells for €35m.

DEVELOPERS Howard Holdings have paid over €30 million for part of the former Mitsui Denman plant site in Cork harbour.

IRISH company Howard Holdings has just splashed out €400 million in site and investment deals in Cork and in Croydon, the latter a €370m investment purchase.
