A sound warehouse investment at Cork City’s well-established Ballycurreen Industrial Estate, Frankfield, near Musgraves, is for sale as an investment, offering a potential return of 9.6% per annum.

Building materials group CRH today said it expected its sales decline for the year to date to reduce to approximately 10%, compared with the 14% decline to end April reported in early May.
