The number of tigers in Nepal has increased to almost 200, a survey of the endangered animal has revealed.

An Iraqi militant group has claimed to have kidnapped 12 Nepalese workers subcontracted to a Jordanian company and working for the US military in Iraq, a statement posted on its website said.
