A row between the board of the only all-Irish secondary school on Cork City’s northside and its trustees has left dozens of children upset at being refused enrolment for next year.

THE loss of teachers in dozens of Gaelscoils will create larger classes and make all-Irish primary schools less viable, it has been claimed.

GAELSCOILS are expected to be told by Education Minister Mary Hanafin to restrict a policy of not teaching any English to infant classes in the next week.
