One of the largest industrial lettings in the Cork area in ten years has been confirmed this week.

WITH all roads set to lead to Cork Harbour’s Ringaskiddy, thanks to a Port of Cork downriver operations move, and a new, vastly improved road link, the timing of the launch of a major space facility for logistics, storage, and manufacturing is apt.

IN one of the larger industrial deals in several years in Cork, a harbour site with 233,000 sq ft of buildings has been bought for close to €3m, by a waste recycling company.
