The phased transfer of the Warren Buffett-owned Fruit of the Loom Irish operation to its lower cost Morocco base has not ended the firm’s problems.

THE Warren Buffett-owned Irish-registered Fruit of the Loom’s European operations returned to profit last year, recording pre-tax profits of €11.3 million.
