THE 400 jobs put at serious risk, before Christmas, because of the Four Star Pizza chain going into examinership, have been saved with a buyer for the company being found.

THE High Court yesterday confirmed the appointment of an examiner to the Four Star Pizza takeaway and delivery chain after it heard an independent accountant had found it has a reasonable prospect of survival if certain steps are taken.

AN interim examiner has been appointed to takeaway chain Four Star Pizza after a judge heard the company is insolvent and unable to pay its debts.
