A PATIENT lost a testicle during an operation after the surgeon accidentally cut it off, the medical watchdog was told yesterday.

Controversial paediatrician Dr David Southall was today struck off the British medical register for serious professional misconduct and told that he has “deep-seated attitudinal problems”.
