Revised plans for a €45m quayside office block, with the potential to deliver 1,800 jobs for Cork City, have been given planning permission.

Planners have given the green light for a €50m, nine-storey office block which could deliver up to 2,000 jobs for Cork city.

Construction cranes could be back on Cork City’s skyline next year, with plans being lodged today for a €50m eight-storey office block alongside City Hall.
