THE sale of Ramco Energy’s interests in the Seven Heads gas field off the coast of Kinsale will not be completed until next year, the troubled company said yesterday.

Tullow Oil plummeted 23c down to €3.78, nearly 6%, following their announcement that drilling on the Faucon-1 exploration well off the coast Mauritania has been completed.

ISEQ-listed Tullow Oil has released an update on its wells ahead of January’s trading statement.

ISEQ-listed exploration company Tullow Oil and Eni have exercised rights of pre-emption in relation to the sale to Petrofac of Centrica’s 23.15% interest in the Hewett Field Unit area.
